取消政策
1. 交付前取消订单
You may cancel your order at any time before delivery through your account dashboard, by emailing [email protected] with your order number.

2. 如何取消
- Go to “My Orders” in your account and select “Cancel Order,” or contact [email protected]
- We will confirm your cancellation by email in 24 hours and let you know whether a fee applies.
- 应退还的款项将依下文第4节办理。
3. 交付前更改订单
Need to swap an item, change the delivery address, or adjust your Rental Plan before delivery? You can make changes free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled delivery window through your account or by contacting us. Changes requested closer to delivery may require rescheduling and are subject to the rescheduling terms in Section 5.
4. 取消订单的退款
- 如您的取消符合第1节所述的全额退款条件，我们将在[5–7]个工作日内，将任何押金或预付款项退还至您的原付款方式。 15-20 business days.
- 如适用取消费用，我们将在相同时限内退还剩余余额（预付总额减去费用），并通过邮件提供明细收据。
5. 改期交付
改期（更改交付日期但不取消订单）与取消订单不同，每笔订单可免费改期最多[2]次。如需改期，请通过账户面板或在可能的情况下提前至少[24]小时联系我们。 2 times per order. To reschedule, use your account dashboard or contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled window where possible.
6. 交付失败或未能完成交付
如我们的配送团队在预约时间窗口到达，但因现场无人、无法安排进入，或空间无法容纳该租赁物而无法完成交付：
- 我们将尝试联系您，如排期允许，可提供当日重新配送服务，适用重新配送费[$X]。 redelivery fee of $50.
- After 2 failed delivery attempts due to circumstances within Customer’s control, we may cancel the order and apply a cancellation fee of $100 before refunding the remaining balance.
7. 公司方取消
We may cancel or decline to fulfill an order — for example, if the selected Property becomes unavailable, if a payment or identity-verification check cannot be completed, or if we reasonably suspect fraud. In any such case, we will notify you and refund any amount you’ve already paid in full within 15-20 business days, with no fee charged to you.
